硝酸甘油软膏加扩肛与单纯扩肛治疗肛裂96例对照观察

目的探讨扩肛加硝酸甘油软膏治疗肛裂的临床效果。方法将2011年5月至2011年10月到常州市中医医院治疗的96例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期肛裂患者,随机分为两组,在常规扩肛术的基础上于肛裂创面外用硝酸甘油软膏治疗49例为治疗组,单纯扩肛治疗47例为对照组。结果 96例患者随访时间3～6个月。治疗组复发2例,治愈率95.9%,对照组复发9例,治愈率80.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论肛裂行扩肛术后局部再外用硝酸甘油软膏,有利于肛裂的治愈,减少并发症的发生。

The control observation with nitroglycerin ointment and anal dilatation to simple anal dilatation in the treatment of 96 cases of anal fissure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anal dilatation and nitrol ointment for treating anal fissure.Methods 96patients with anal fissure at I and II phases treated from May,2011to Oct.,2011 were randomly divided into two groups.Based on routine anal dilatation surgery,nitrol ointment was externally applied on the surface of the wound to treat 49cases,which was considered as treatment group,and 47cases only given anal dilatation were viewed as control group.Results Among 96patients,the longest following-up time was six months while the shortest onewas 3months.In treatment group,2cases recurred and the recovery rate was 95.9% ;in control group,9cases recurred and the recovery rate was 80.9%.Through statistical analysis,the differences between therapeutic effects in both groups manifested statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion After anal dilatation surgery for anal fissure,local external application of nitrol ointment is conductive to the recovery of anal fissure and decreasing complications.
