肌锥内与巩膜内义眼台植入术对比研究

目的:探讨肌锥内与巩膜内义眼台植入术优越性及临床疗效。方法:2002年1月-2011年2月行义眼台植入术患者70例,入院时随机分为对照组(巩膜腔内义眼台植入术)30例,观察组(肌锥内义眼台植入术)40例,观察术后眼部外观、并发症情况(术后义眼座暴露、感染等)、义眼活动度,运用5点口述分级评分法(VRS-5)对术后疼痛进行评分。结果:所有患者均获得随访,平均随访时间(7.23±1.01)个月;对照组术后4例患者发生结膜巩膜裂开,义眼座暴露,1例发生结膜出血;观察组术后1例发生结膜出血外,无感染、眼睑凹陷以及义眼座暴露情况。两组义眼活动度及术后疼痛P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:肌锥内义眼台植入安全、有效,具有并发症少,痛感不明显等优点。

Comparision and Application of Orbital Muscle Cone and the Sclera in Hydroxyapatite Implantation

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of orbital muscle cone and the sclera Hydroxyapatite implantation.Methods:70 patients were surgery by January 2002-February 2011,Hydroxyapatite implantation in autologous scleral shell and autologous orbital muscle cone were performed 30 patients and 40 patients respectively.Observe after the appearance of the eye,complications(postoperative ocular exposure,Postoperative infection,etc.),ocular activity,Using 5-point verbal rating score(VRS-5) on postoperative pain score.Results:All patients were followed for an average time of(7.23±1.01) months;the Sclera conjunctival of 4 patients were dehiscence,and the artificial eye exposure.1 case of conjunctival hyperemia were occurred in control group.1 case of postoperative conjunctival hyperemia,but no infection,Eyelid,depression and the artificial eye exposure in observation group.There is statistically significant difference between 2 group with orbital activity,and postoperative pain,P<0.05.Conclusion:Muscle vertebral implants were safe and effective,with fewer complications and pain.
