摘    要:目的:探讨四逆汤对缺血心肌谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)基因表达的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠,随机分为对照组、缺血组、缺血加四逆汤组。提取各组心肌组织总RNA通过RT-PCR,以β-actin为内参照对GST基因的表达水平进行检测。结果:缺血加四逆汤组GST基因表达显著强于对照组及缺血组。结论:四逆汤能诱导GST基因的表达,GST能催化谷胱甘肽与亲电子物质发生结合反应。

Abstract:AIM: To detect the effect of Sini decoction on glutathione S-transferase (GST) mRNA expression in the ischemic myocardium. METHODS: Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group, ischemic group and Sini decoction group. Total RNA was extracted from the myocardium of mice in each group. The effect of Sini decoction on the expression of GST gene was detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS: The expression of GST mRNA in Sini decoction group was significantly up-regulated compared with the ischemic group and control group. CONCLUSION: Sini decoction can promote the expression of GST gene, which may be related to its protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
