两种牙冠延长方法对烤瓷修复后牙龈美观和健康效果的比较

目的：观察在烤瓷牙体制备同时行牙冠延长术这一方法对牙龈美观改善的效果和对牙龈健康的影响．方法：采用随访观察的四项临床指标，以传统的牙冠延长术后再行烤瓷备牙的方法为对照，比较两种方法的远期疗效．结果：修复后1个月实验组龈沟出血指数高于对照组（P＜0．05)，修复后6个月、12个月，两组的龈沟出血指数无显著性差异．修复后1个月、6个月、12个月两组的探诊深度、龈缘高度协调性、烤瓷冠边缘隐蔽性等均无显著性差异．结论：就远期效果而言，两种牙冠延长的方法对牙跟美观的改善效果及对牙龈的健康影响无明显差异．

Comparison of the Effect of Two Different Crown-elongating Methods on Gingival Aesthetics and Health after Ceramic Prosthesis

Objective: To study the effect of tooth preparation, meanwhile elongating the crown, on improvement of gingival aesthetics and gingival health after ceramic prosthesis. Methods: 4 clinical indexes were used to compare the result of this method with that of the traditional crown-elongation completed before tooth preparation. Results: At the end of 1st month after prosthesis, sulus bleeding index (SBI) of the experimental group was much higher than the control group. But at the end of the 6th and 12th month after prosthesis, the difference of SBI between two groups was not significant. Moreover, there was no significant difference of depth of probing, concordance of gingival margin, and concealment of ceramic crown margin between two groups at the end of the 1st, 6th, and 12th month after prosthesis. Conclusion: The result indicated that concerning the long-term curative effect, there was no significant difference between these two different methods of elongating crown.
