Hartmann''s术在大肠癌并发肠梗阻中的应用

目的 探讨Hartmann’s术在大肠癌并发肠梗阻中的应用价值。方法 结合文献回顾性分析行Hannmnn’s术25例，评估Hartmann’s手术效果及局限性。结果 25例Hartmann’s术，得到I期根治术的32．0％(8／25)；姑息性手术56．0％(14／25)；病死率12．0％(3／25)。结论 Hartnmnn’s术是大肠癌并发肠梗阻不宜I期手术切除吻合病例的首选，但应严格掌握适应证。

Application of Hartmann''''s operation in the treatment of large intestinal carcinoma with obstruction

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Hartmann's operation in large intestinal carcinoma with obstruction.Methods Twenty-five cases of large intestinal carcinoma with obstruction operated with Hartmann's operation were analyzed retrospectively to evaluate the clinical effect and limitation of this method.Results Twenty-five cases of large intestinal carcinoma with obstruction were treated with Hartmann's operation.The patients underwent First phase radical cure in 8 cases(8/25,32%),palliative excision in 14 cases(14/25,56%).The cases fatality rate was 12.0%(3/25).Conclusion Hartmann's method is the First choise in patients with large intestinal carcinoma with obstruction and unsuitable to First radical resection and entero-enterostomy.But the operative indications must be strictly mastered.
