| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脊髓胶质瘤的手术治疗效果。方法 分析我院54例脊髓胶质瘤病例的病理类型、生长部位、症状体征以及手术效果。结果 脊髓胶质瘤以室管膜瘤和星形细胞瘤为主,其中以室管膜瘤居多而且手术全切率较高,星形细胞瘤手术全切率较低。结论 脊髓胶质瘤可以做到早期诊断,不能全切者应进行减压并结合放疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess therapeutic effects of surgery on spinal cord glioma.Methods 54 cases of spinal cord glioma undergoing operation in our hospital in the last 25 years were analyzed with tumor histological types,locations,clinical signs and operative outcomes.Results Ependymoma and astrocytoma are the most common spinal cord gliomas.The rate of radical resection was higher in ependymoma than in astrocytoma cases.Conclusion Spinal cord glioma can be diagnosed early and removed radically,and radiotherapy is necessary for cases with palliative excision. |
