注射用硫酸头孢匹罗与4种不同输液的稳定性考察

目的：考察注射用硫酸头孢匹罗与葡萄糖注射液、氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液及木糖醇注射液配伍后的稳定性。方法：采用高效液相色谱法考察注射用硫酸头孢匹罗在葡萄糖注射液、氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液及木糖醇注射液中配伍后8h内含量、颜色与pH值的变化。结果：在室温条件下，各配伍溶液外观性状、pH值及含量无明显变化。结论：注射用硫酸头孢匹罗可以与葡萄糖注射液、氯化钠注射液、复方氯化钠注射液及木糖醇注射液配伍。

Stability Study of Cefpirome Sulfate for Injection in 4 Kinds of Different Infusions

Objective： To study the stability of compatibility between cefpirome sulfate for injection and glucose, sodium chloride, compound chloride and xylitol infusions. Methods： To abserve solution appearance, pH values, cefpirome sulfate level etc., After compatibilities testing ofcefpirome sulfate for Injection with glucose, sodium chloride, compound chloride and xylitol infusions. Results： Within 0-8 h at room temperature, the appearance, pH and its content have no obvious changes. Conlusion： Cefpirome sulfate for injection when mixed with four kinds of infusion is basically stable.
