| 摘 要： | 呼吸道粘膜-纤毛转运系统是呼吸道重要防御机制之一，慢性支气管炎是反复发作的呼吸道感染性疾病，其发生和发展与粘膜纤毛清除率（mucociliary clearance,MCC）障碍有密切关系。现将正常呼吸道MCC及影响因素、慢性支气管炎患者呼吸道MCC改变、MCC改变与慢性支气管炎发生、发展的关系以及相关治疗作一综述。

| Abstract: | Mucociliary transport system is one of the defense mechanisms in respiratory tract. Chronic bronchitis is a repeated infective disease in the airway tract, and is closely related to mucociliary clearance(MCC).Its occurrence and development are usually due to MCC impairment. The purpose of this review is to explore the normal MCC in the airway tract, the MCC changes, influence factors and therapy to MCC impairment in chronic bronchitis. |
