保藏血液标本在不同温度、不同时间的流变学变化

摘    要:血标本分别在6、25、37℃保藏2、8、24h 后于25℃恒温条件下测其全血比粘度(η)、血浆比粘度(η)和红细胞自身血浆中电泳时间(EET).结果,血液于25℃和37℃保藏24h,其η显著升高;37℃保藏24h,EET 明显延长.

Abstract:This article reports rheological changes of the blood specimens which were preserved at 6,25,37 ℃ for 2,8,24 h,respectively.Examined was every specimen's blood viscosity(η_),plasma viscosi- ty(η),and erythrocyte electropherisis time(EET)at fixed 25℃.The result shows,not only η has significantly increased while the blood was kept for 24 h at 25℃ and 37℃,but,EET was also length- ened after the samples were kept at 37℃ for 24 h.
