摘    要:目的:观察麋鹿茸中的性激素对大鼠生殖系统的影响,探讨麋鹿茸中的雌怕激素作用,方法:用乙醇-丙酮混合液提取麋鹿茸中的性激素,并用旋转膜蒸发器浓缩得到麋鹿茸提取液,用HPLC法测定雌二醇含量。分别对大鼠饲以麋鹿茸提取液和雌二醇标准液,观察对其生殖系统的影响。分别对小鼠饲以提取液和标准液,解剖取出其子宫和卵巢,计算生殖系统组织重量比率。结果:与对照组相比,口服麋鹿茸提取液和雌二醇标准液的蔗验组,小鼠的子宫、卵巢重量均有明显增加,去势大鼠子宫、阴道有代偿性增生和变化。论:麋鹿茸提取液级促进雌鼠生殖系统发育,具有雌性激素的作用。

THE EFFECT OF SEX HORMONE IN MILU ANTLER ON THE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM OF RAT AND MOUSE
Abstract:Objective To study the influence of the sex hormone in the miluantler through the observing the effect that the sex hormone in the milu an tler have on the reproductive organs of the rat and mouse. MethodsUsing the mixed solvent of ethanol-acetone to extract th e sex hormone from milu antler, and using the rotatory evaporator to get the sex hormone concentrate from the milu antler extractive; using the HPLC to determin e the content of the oestradiol-17 β. By providing rats the milu antler concen trate and standard oestradiol-17 β solution for the mouth respectively, and us ing the morphological method to observe the effect on the reproductive organs. By using the above method and anatomizing and viscerating the uterus and ovary of experimental mouse, calculating the proportion of the weight of the reproduc tive organs. Results Compared with mouse among the normal group, the mouse amon g the tested group has substantial growth on the weight of uterus and ovary.The compensatory growth and change of the uterus and vagina of the emasculation-rat have been appeared after giving sex hormone concentrate from milu antler or sta ndard oestradiol-17 β solution. Conclusion The milu antler concentrate can substantially promote t he growth of the reproductive organs of the female rat and mouse, the milu antle r extractive has the same effect as the oestradiol-17 β.
