摘    要:目的:针对当前医院普遍使用的荧光紫外线灭菌灯存在的功耗大、易损坏、操作人员须在灯的照射范围内操作控制而易遭受紫外线照射等弊端,设计出节能、耐用且操作可控的紫外线灯车。方法:紫外线LED为光源达到节能效果,采用灯体球形设计增大照射范围,采用电路控制使灯车延迟开启和定时关闭。结果:LED光源大大降低了灭菌灯车的功耗,延迟开启和定时关闭客观上确保了操作人员避免不必要的紫外线照射和强制性地确保了病区灭菌达到时长的要求。结论:基于LED光源的紫外线灭菌灯车具有功耗低、寿命长、体积小、便携性强等特点和广阔的临床应用前紧。

Abstract:Objective To design a energy-efficient, durable and easy-to-use ultraviolet lamp trolley. Me,otis Ultraviolet LED was used as the light source to reduce energy expenditure, and spherical lamp could extend the radiation range. The delayed start-up and timed turning-off were realized by the circuit control.Results LED light source reduced the power consumption. The delayed starting-up made the operator free of the ultraviolet radiation, and the timed turning-off ensured the disinfection duration of the ward. Conclusion The LED-based ultraviolet lamp trolley, being low-power-consumption, durable, compact and portable, has a brilliant future.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2010,31 (5) : 20-22]
