香菜微量元素的测定分析

摘    要:目的:应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了芫荽茎与叶中14种无机元素的含量。方法:用干法灰化样品,用外标法测定。结果:芫荽中钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铜含量丰富,有害元素铅含量也比较高,茎与叶微量元素含量有差异。结论:芫荽含有较丰富的人体所需的微量元素,常少量食用,对身体健康有益。

Abstract:Objective: The contents of 14 trace dements of stems and leaves in Coriandrum sativum have been detected respectively by ICP--AES. Methods: The sample was diluted by dry incineration, and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. Results: The results showed that Coriandrum sativum contained abundant trace dements of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, and Cu; the content of Pb which was harmful ingredient was high, too; there was difference of the contents of trace elements in stems and leaves. Conclusion: There are abundant trace elements which is necessary for people in Coriandrum sativum. It is healthy for people if we often eat like a bird.
