孕产妇妊娠期高血压疾病流行病学特点分析

目的 探讨妊娠期高血压疾病发生的影响因素.方法 按照病例对照的流行病学研究方法选取300例患者作为妊娠期高血压疾病组,298 例其他分娩病例为非妊娠期高血压疾病组作为对照,对一般情况如年龄、文化层次、发生地、妊娠次数进行比较分析.结果 两组发生地(农村、城市) 有明显差异(P<0.05),两组文化层次也有明显差异P<0.05,年龄、妊娠次数差异不明显.结论 妊娠期高血压疾病的发生与发生地、文化层次有明显关系,农村发生率高于城市,随着文化程度的减低,妊娠期高血压疾病发生的比例呈增大趋势.

Epidemic analyze on the influential factors of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To explore the influential factors of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods According to case-control method,300 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were selected as case group,and 298 cases of non-pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome were selected as control group.The usual facts such as age,cultural level,place,frequency of pregnancy were analyzed.Results There was significant difference（P〈0.05） between places（urban and rural areas） of two groups.There was significant difference（P〈0.05） between the cultural level of two groups.The difference of age and frequency of pregnancy is not noticeable.Conclusion The occurrence of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome was closely related to the place and cultural level.
