| 摘 要： | 目的探讨大型鞍结节脑膜瘤经额外侧入路显微切除的疗效。方法 2006年6月至2010年10月采用额外侧入路共对21例大型鞍结节脑膜瘤进行显微手术切除,随访观察比较手术前后神经功能变化情况。结果 SimpsonⅠ、Ⅱ级切除肿瘤18例(85.7%),SimpsonⅢ级切除肿瘤3例(14.3%),术后视力障碍改善率为86%。结论额外侧入路显微切除大型鞍结节肿瘤,暴露充分、安全可靠,可获得显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of microsurgical removal of large tuberculum sellae meningioma via frontal lateral approach.Methods From June 2006 to October 2010,the tumors were microsurgically removed in 21 patients via frontal lateral approach,and the patients were followed up to observe changes in nerve function after surgery.Results Removal of Simpson GradeⅠandⅡ was performed in 18 cases（85.7%）,removal of Simpson Grade Ⅲ was performed in 3 cases（14.3%）,and postoperative visual improvement was 86%.Conclusion Microsurgical removal of large tuberculum sellae meningioma via frontal lateral approach can provide Sufficient surgical space,and is safe and reliable access to significant effect. |
