孤独症儿童听觉统合训练的疗效

摘    要:目的探讨听觉统合训练在孤独症儿童治疗中的作用。方法将86例4~6岁孤独症患儿随机分为实验组和对照组。所有患儿在引导式教育训练的基础上,实验组的患儿另外进行AIT治疗。治疗前及治疗后6个月用孤独症治疗评估量表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist,ATEC)来评估疗效。结果实验组患儿无论是在ATEC总分上(t=3.4751,P=0.0008)还是在语言(t=2.7022,P=0.0069)、社交(t=4.1941,P=0.0001)、感知觉(t=2.0038,P=0.0483)、行为(t=2.0083,P=0.0478)各分项上均比对照组的低。结论 AIT可以改善孤独症儿童的症状。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of auditory integration training(AIT) on autistic children.Methods 93 autistic children aged 4~6 years were randomly divided into test group and control group.Guided education for recovery training were gived to all autistic children and the AIT gived to the children of test group,with the autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC) evaluated the effects before trainings and after 6 months of the AIT.Results The children of test group were significantly lower than the control group's for ATEC(t=3.4751,P=0.0008)、language(t=2.7022,P=0.0069),social intercourse(t=4.1941,P=0.0001),apperception(t=2.0038,P=0.0483) and behavious(t=2.0083,P=0.0478).Conclusion The AIT could improve the autistic children symptoms.
