重症监护室专科护士规范化培训方案的实施效果

目的建立重症监护室（intensive care unit,ICU）专科护士规范化培训方案并评价实施效果。方法制订ICU专科护士规范化培训方案,并于2006年10月至2009年5月对275名ICU专科护士进行培训,采用问卷调查和综合考核方式评价培训效果。结果 275名参训护士对课程设置、教员教学及教学管理的平均满意率分别为97.6%、95.0%及97.4%,毕业考核通过率为97.9%。结论 ICU专科护士培训方案受到参训护士的好评,并取得较好的培训效果。

Application Effects of Standardization Training Program for Nurses of Intensive Care Unit

Objective To establish the standardization training program for nurses of intensive care unit（ICU） and evaluate the implementation effects.Methods The standardization training program for ICU nurses was designed and applied in the training of 275 ICU nurses from Oct 2006 to May 2009.The training effects were evaluated with questionnaires and comprehensive tests.Results The average satisfaction rates of the 275 trainess in curriculum scheme,teachers’teaching activities,and teaching management were 97.6%,95.0% and 97.4% respectively.The average pass rate of the graduation evaluation was 97.9%.Conclusion The standardization training program for ICU nurses is well received by the participating nurses with desirable training effects.
