慢性胰腺炎的影像学诊断

评价影像学检查对慢性胰腺炎的诊断价值。慢性胰腺炎的诊断主要依靠影像学检查 ,逆行胰胆管造影对慢性胰腺炎的诊断有重要的价值。慢性胰腺炎代偿期初期临床诊断困难 ,超声内镜检查可能有早期诊断价值。典型的慢性胰腺炎通过影像学检查容易诊断 ,局限性胰腺炎和胰腺炎性假瘤与胰腺癌鉴别困难 ,胰管内超声、超声内镜、造影CT和经口胰管镜有较大的鉴别价值

The Diagnosis of Imaging for Chronic Pancreatitis

The diagnostic value of imaging approach for chronic pancreatitis(cp) was evaluated in this paper.Diagnosis of CP mainly rely on imaging examination,endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography has an important role in patients with CP.The diagnosis of CP is difficult in initial stage of compensatory phase for CP,endoscopic ultrasanography probably has value of early diagnosis.Typical CP was diagnosed easily by imaging method.Diffrential diagnosis of focal CP or pseudotumoous pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer is difficult,intraductal ultrasound and endoscopic ultrasanography and contrast enhanced computerized tomography as well as peroral pancreatoscopy examination might play certain role in diffrential diagnosis for these patients.
