| 摘 要： | 目的：观察调督通脉法针刺治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。方法：将60例纤维肌痛综合征患者分为2组各30例，观察组以调督通脉法针刺治疗，对照组口服西药阿米替林治疗。结果：观察组治愈14例，显效8例，好转5例，总有效率90％。对照组治愈5例，显效6例，好转9例，总有效率66．7％。两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。
