军事应激条件下军人心理健康的相关性研究

目的 研究军事应激条件下军人的心理健康与人格等影响因素的关系。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)在军事演习期间对参加军事演习的某部队985名军人进行现场团体心理测试,比较其与SCL-90中国常模、军人常模各因子的差异,分析SCL-90各因子与人格等因素的相关性。结果 (1)军事应激条件下除恐怖外,军人SCL-90各因子分、总均分和阳性项目数均非常显著地高于中国常模(P<0.01);除抑郁外,军人SCL-90各因子分、总均分和阳性项目数均非常显著高于军人常模(P<0.01);(2)SCL-90各因子分与EPQ P、N、L纬度、兵种、年龄、军龄、人际交往等均明显相关(P<0.05)。结论 军事应激条件下军人的心理健康状况集中体现在情绪波动大,稳定性差等;心理健康状况与军人的个性特征、年龄、兵种和军人的人际交往等因素有关。

A Correlative Study on Mental Health of Soldiers under Military Stress

Objective To investigate the correlation between mental health and personality factors in soldiers under military stress. Methods Using SCL-90 and EPQ, group psychological evaluation was performed in 985 soldiers who were engaged in a military exercise. The data obtained were compared with SCL-90 Chinese norm and military norm in terms of differences in various factors. The correlation between all the factors in SCL-90 and personality was analyzed. Results The scores of all factors in SCL-90, the overall score and the positive items in military stress were significantly higher than those in the Chinese norm (P<0.01) and in the military norm (P<0.01) except for depression. There were closely correlations between the scores of all factors in SCL-90 and the three dimensions (P, N , L) of EPQ, age, service time, arms of the services and interpersonal relationship (P<0.05). Conclusion Mal-psychological health states were found in soldiers during military stress, which were exhibited as unstable mode with less stability. And the psychological states were closely correlated with personality, age, arms of the services and interpersonal relationship.
