| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腔细管引流并尿激酶灌洗治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法抗结核治疗下,将64例结核性胸腔积液病人,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(30例),治疗组胸腔内置细管引流,并经引流管滴入尿激酶灌洗液500m(l含尿激酶10万ü)。对照组行胸腔穿刺抽液。结果与对照组相比,治疗组胸水总引流量明显增多,胸水消失时间缩短,胸水分隔、胸膜粘连、肥厚发生率明显降低。结论胸腔细管引流并尿激酶灌洗治疗结核性胸膜炎的方法安全,疗效满意,值得临床推广。
