| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)在肿瘤患者中的应用及护理.方法:选择2004年1月～2010年1月本院肿瘤科的116例患者,予行肿瘤PICC置管患者均根据患者具体情况给予预防性护理.结果:116例患者在置管过程中发生护理问题14例,其余患者置管顺利,成功率达88.8%.结论:PICC导管对需要长期进行静脉治疗的肿瘤患者,是一种可行,简易,并发症较少的方法,可在肿瘤患者治疗中开展.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the use of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) in cancer patients and nursing care.Methods:116 oncologic patients were selected in January 2004 to January 2010.All patients used PICC.The preventive nursing care was given to cancer patients based on the specific circumstances.Results:During the procedures of inserting catheter in 116 cases,the nursing problems occurred in 14 cases,and inserting tube was smooth conducted in the other patients with the success rate of 88.8%.Co... |
