| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无张力疝修补术的可行性及常见并发症的处理。方法:对我院2004年3月~2009年3月的329例无张力疝修补术的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果:手术全部顺利完成,单侧平均手术时间52 min,双侧平均手术时间87.5 min,术后出现阴囊积液2例,手术区域疼痛5例,皮下大面积出血1例,复发1例,无切口感染,术后平均随防33.5个月。结论:无张力疝修补术安全、简单、疼痛轻、恢复快、复发率低,是安全有效的术式,值得推广应用。
