| 摘 要： | 目的:测定双黄坐浴液中黄芩苷含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18,(250mm×4.6mm,5um),以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(50:50:1)为流动相,检测波长为277 nm.结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.1478μg-1.4780μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程Y=294.327X-0.333,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.4%,RSD=0.6%(n=6).结论:高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确、可用于该制剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the contents of baicalin in Shuanghuang Sitz Bath Lotion.Methods：The HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 u m） was used.The mobile phase was methanol-glacial acetic acid-water（50：50：1）.The detection wavelength was at 277nm.Results：The calibration curve of baicalin was linear in the range of 0.1487~1.4870 ug（r=0.9999）,the average recovery rate was 100.4%,RSD=0.6%.Conclusion：The method is simple,quick and accurate,which can be used for quality control of Shuanghuang Sitz Bath Lotion. |
