| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨谷胱甘肽对甲亢性肝损害的治疗效果.方法:将20例甲亢性肝损害患者分成两组,治疗组11例,对照组9例.两组都给予抗甲状腺治疗.治疗组给予基础性的保肝治疗并加上符胱甘肽治疗,对照组只给予基础性的保肝治疗.结果:治疗组患者的谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶都有明显的下降,经过t检验,P＜0.05,治疗组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为62.1%,差异有显著性.结论:治疗甲亢性的肝损伤使用谷胱甘肽疗效甚佳,值得推广.
