摘    要:
比较案例教学法(case based learning,CBL)与以问题为基础的教学法(problem based learning,PBL)的优劣,本文主要对CBL在外科临床教学中的效果做出初步评价。

Objective:To compare the merits and defects of cases based learning(CBL) and problem based learning(PBL).The paper mainly gives the preliminary appraisal on the effects of CBL in the clinical surgical teaching.
