Graves病血清趋化因子的测定

目的:研究外周血趋化因子水平与毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿(GD)的关系.方法:将84名GD患者分为新诊断未治疗组(A组)、治疗病情末控制组(B组)、病情控制组(C组)及病情稳定组(D组).采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测其外周血巨噬细胞来源的趋化性细胞因子(MDC)、γ干扰素诱导蛋白10(IP-10)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、正常T细胞表达和分泌因子(RANTEs)的水平;同时检测甲状腺功能和甲状腺自身抗体.结果:与正常对照组比较,GD以及其中A组、B组MDC、IL-8、IP-10水平明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDC、IP-10与FT3、FT4呈正相关(r=0.412,P<0.05;r=0.391,P<0.05;r=0.423,P<0.01;r=0.491,P<0.01).结论:趋化因子MDC、IP-10、IL-8参与了GD的免疫病理过程,可作为GD患者的免疫功能和病情监测指标.

Study on serum chemokines detection in Graves' disease

Objective：To investigate the relation of serum chemokines level in peripheral blood with toxic diffuse goiter（also called Graves＇ disease,GD）.Methods：84 patients with GD were divided into four groups by their conditions：newly diagnosed group without treatment（A）,treatment group without controlling disease condition（B）,controlling disease condition group and disease condition stability group（D）.Serum levels of interferon macrophage-derived chemokine（MDC）,γ-inducible protein 10（IP-10）,interleukin 8（IL-8）,and normal T cell expressed and secreted factor（RANTES） were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.At the same time,thyroid function and thyroid autoantibody were detected.Results：Compared with the normal control group,serum levels of MDC,IL-8,IP-10 in group A and B were significantly higher（P0.05,P0.01）.MDC and IP-10 were positively related with FT3 and FT4（r=0.412,P0.05;r=0.391,P0.05;r=0.423,P0.01;r=0.491,P0.01）.Conclusion：MDC,IP-10 and IL-8 chemokines participate in the immunopathologic process of GD and may be regarded as the markers monitoring the immune function and the disease activity of GD.
