| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血小板反应素(TSP-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者中全身及局部的表达情况及临床意义.方法:用ELISA和western-blotting分别对异位内膜组40例、在位内膜组40例、正常内膜组20例患者的血清及局部TSP-1、VEGF的表达进行测定比较.结果:血清中TSP-1异位内膜组明显低于在位内膜组及正常内膜组(P＜0.01),在位内膜组与正常内膜组之间差异无显著性(P＞0.05);VEGF的表达异位内膜组明显高于在位内膜组及正常内膜组,在位内膜组高于正常内膜组(P＜0.01).局部的表强度正常内膜组、在位内膜组、异位内膜组VEGF依次增强,TSP-1依次减弱(P＜0.01).结论:TSP-1和VEGF均参与了EMs的发生发展,VEGF的增高可能是主要因素.
