| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声刀在开放性小切口甲状腺切除术中的应用技术及效果。方法：612例甲状腺肿瘤患者,均采用超声刀行开放性小切口甲状腺切除术,分析术后的疗效。结果：所有手术均成功,手术切口2~5 cm,平均4 cm;手术时间25~90 min,平均40 min;术中出血3~60 ml,平均10 ml;术后引流量0~60 ml,平均25 ml;术后住院时间1~3 d,平均2 d。术后无1例出现永久性喉返神经麻痹、低钙性抽搐等并发症。结论：运用超声刀进行开放性小切口甲状腺切除术不仅安全、有效,而且显著缩短手术时间和切口长度,从而减少创伤,同时具有美容效果。
