| 摘 要： | 目的:分析异位妊娠的影响因素,为预防异位妊娠发生提供科学依据.方法:回顾性分析我院2007年7月～2009年6月收治的126例异位妊娠患者,以同期157例正常妊娠妇女为对照,对可能影响异位妊娠的临床因素(年龄、吸烟、流产史、紧急避孕史、宫内节育、月经紊乩、妇科炎症史、下腹部手术史)进行多因素分析.结果:年龄、流产史、紧急避孕史、宫内节育、妇科炎症史均是影响异位妊娠的因素,多因素回归分析显示流产史和妇科炎症史是影响异位妊娠发生的最危险因素.结论:异位妊娠的发生与多种因素有关,防治妇科炎症、减少流产次数是有效降低异位妊娠发病率的重要手段.
