| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(Muhi-slice CT,MSCT)在创伤性肋骨骨折诊断中的价值.方法:回顾性分析47例胸部外伤患者64层CT轴位及三维重建图像,由具有胸部CT影像诊断经验的医师在肓法下分别对A组图像(CT图像)及B组图像(CT、重建图像,即VR、MIP及MPR图像)进行骨折检出和定位诊断,记录结果.结果:共179处骨折,A组检出肋骨骨折156处,骨折检出率87.2%,B组173处,检出率96.6%.结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建能够准确判断肋骨骨折形态及程度,并能了解骨折部位解剖结构,对隐匿性骨折及肋软骨骨折检出率明显提高. |
