| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾穿刺术的护理措施.方法:对肾穿刺活检的200例患者系统的围术期护理临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:系统护理组出现并发症及不良反应13例,发生率为13%,明显低于常规护理组的52%(X2:=34.667,P=0.000).结论:系统的围术期护理,可使患者的并发症得到有效的预防控制,促进恢复,从而提高肾穿刺的成功率及患者的生活质量.
