| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喉部恶性肿瘤的临床表现、病理类型、诊断、治疗及预后.方法:同顾性分析5例喉部恶性肿瘤的病例资料并复习文献.结果:5例喉部恶性肿瘤分别为2例喉类癌、2例喉癌肉瘤、1例多形型喉横纹肌肉瘤.结论:喉类癌以声门上为主.局部肿瘤往往无包膜;喉癌肉瘤以声门处病变为主,多呈息肉样外观;喉横纹肌肉瘤十分罕见,喉部以多形性横纹肌肉瘤多见. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical features,pathology,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of malignant laryngeal neoplasms.Methods:Five cases of laryngeal neoplasms were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Results:Of the 5 cases,2 cases were carcinosarcoma,2 cases were Carcinoid,only 1 case was rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS).Conclusion:Laryngeal carcinoid is mainly located in the supraglottic portion without envelop in local tumor;laryngeal carcinosarcoma commonly has glottis le... |
