| 摘 要： | 目的：研究P16蛋白在乳腺癌的表达及与临床分期的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化方法检测30例乳腺癌、20例乳腺纤维腺瘤、20例正常乳腺组织中P16蛋白的表达情况。结果：P16蛋白在乳腺癌组织表达阳性串为46．6％，在乳腺纤维腺瘤组为80％，在正常乳腺组织组为85％，乳腺癌组织组P16蛋白的表达与乳腺纤维腺瘤组和正常乳腺组织组比较有显著差异(P＜0．05)。结论：P16蛋白表达异常在乳腺癌的发生中起重要作用，P16蛋白表达异常与乳腺癌临床分期有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the correlation of P16 protein expression in breast carcinoma with clinical stage.Methods:The expression of P16 protein was detected in 30 cases of breast carcinoma, 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 20 cases of normal breast tissue by immunohistochemistry.Results:The positive rate of P16 protein expression was 46.6% in breast carcinoma,80% in breast fibroadenoma,85% in normal breast tissue.There was significant difference of positive rate among these three groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal P16 protein expression plays an important role in development of breast carcinoma.There is remarkable correlation of abnormal P16 protein expression with clinical stage. |
