左旋咪唑涂布剂联合乙肝疫苗和潘生丁治疗慢性HBV携带者60例临床观察

目的观察免疫调节剂联合抗病毒药物治疗慢性HBV携带者的临床疗效。方法我们把120名HBV携带者分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组60名,这些HBV携带者的一些指标如HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc、HBV-DNA均为阳性,治疗组用应用左旋咪唑涂布剂联合乙肝疫苗、潘生丁治疗,而对照组不用。观察时程为6~18个月。结果观察组治疗12个月后HBeAg转阴率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),HBV-DNA转阴率与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治愈率为46.67%,总有效率为63.33%。结论左旋咪唑涂布剂联合乙肝疫苗、潘生丁治疗慢性HBV携带者疗效可靠,产生耐药性小,用药安全简便,价格低廉,患者耐受性好。

The Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Efficacy of 60 Chronic HBV Carriers Using Levamizole Embrocation Combined with Vaccinum of Hepatitis B and Persantin

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the method using immunmodulator and antiviral drugs in combination to treat the chronic HBV Carriers.Methods We divided our patients(120 chronic HBV carriers) whose data such as HBsAg、HBeAg、anti-HBc、HBV-DNA are all positive into two groups : therapeutic group and control group,each having 60 cases.The therapeutic group is treated with Levamizole Embrocation,Vaccinum of Hepatitis B and Persantin in combination.The other is not.The observation course is about 6 to 18 months.Results Compared with control group after 12 months treatment,the ratio of HBeAg turning negative in therapeutic group is high(P<0.01),the ratio of HBV-DNA turning negative is significantly high(P<0.05),recovery rate is 46.67% and the total effective rate is 63.33%.Conclusion The method using immunmodulator and antiviral drugs in combination to treat the chronic HBV carriers is safty and effective in treatment which result from little drug resistance,the convenience and safty in usage,cheapness in price and good tolerance of patients.
