慢性阻塞性肺病血清炎性因子对凝血功能的影响

目的 观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病凝血功能变化情况.方法 选择91例COPD患者作为观察组,同期70例健康体检者作为对照组.比较两组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、FIB、D-D水平.结果 观察组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6 FIB、D-D水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05.结论 COPD存在高凝状态,在常规治疗的同时给予合理的抗凝治疗,对有效防止血栓形成,改善患者预后有重要意义.

The effect of Serum inflammatory factors on blood coagulation function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate blood coagulation function in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 91 COPD patients were regarded as the observation group, and 70 healthy cases were regarded as the control group. CRP, TNF- α, IL-6, FIB, D-D levels in the two groups were compared. Results CRP, TNF- α, IL-6, FIB, and D-D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion COPD patients showed hypercoagulable state, clinics should give rational anticoagulant therapy in bases of conventional treatment and prevent thrombosis for improving patient prognosis.
