| 摘 要： | 密闭式气管内吸痰系统移动部件少,形成密闭吸引系统,操作简便,可有效避免交叉感染。机械通气患者密闭式吸痰时不需脱离呼吸机,吸痰过程中可以保持持续通气,预防低氧血症。对机械通气患者选择密闭式吸痰术,及时观察病情,评估吸痰效果,可以维持机械通气的有效性,减少各种并发症。

| Abstract: | Closed endotracheal suctioning(CS)system is a closed suction system with little movable parts,which is easy to be operated and effective to prevent nosocomial infection.The patients don't need to be separated from the mechanical ventilation and may keep continuous ventilation during suction,which can prevent hypoxemia.For the patients with mechanical ventilation,using CS and closely monitoring and assessing the patients' condition and the effectiveness of suction can both keep effective mechanical ventilation and reduce the complications caused by suction. |
