| 摘 要： | 目的了解不同人群可摘局部义齿修复患者基牙龋病情况。方法采用随机抽样方法,调查500名患者基牙龋病情况,并按年龄分为35～44岁和65～74岁两个组,另按居住地分为城镇和乡村两组,进行统计学分析。结果年龄65～74岁组基牙患龋率、龋均和菌斑指数均明显高于35～44岁年龄组;同时,乡村组各项调查数据也明显高于城镇组。结论戴用可摘局部义齿更容易造成老龄和乡村患者基牙龋坏。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the prevalence of caries of abutment from different patients with removable denture.Methods The samples were randomly collected to analyze the prevalence of caries of abutment among five hundred patients,and all patients were divided into four groups by age and tract.Results The caries rates and XDMFTs and the plaque index of abutment of 65～74-year-old group were obviously higher than those of 35～44-year-old group. At the same time, data of rural groups were much higher than those of urban groups.Conclusion For the elders and the rural patients,the probability of caries of abutment largely increased after the use of removable denture. |
