| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑血管疾病合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因。临床表现及防治方法。方法 将我院近2年间住院的20例本病患分成脑出血组与脑梗死组，就其发病及防治方法做了对照比较。结果 静脉壁损伤。血流缓慢和高凝状态是脑血管疾病易发生下肢深静脉血栓形成的因素。结论 早期预防至关重要，早期尿激酶溶栓是治疗脑梗死合并下肢深静脉血栓形成的良策。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the causes, clinical manifestations and prevention of cerebrovascular diseases complicated with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods 20 patients adopted into the hospital in recent 2 years were divided into 2 groups: the intracerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group. The morbidity and prevention between the 2 groups were analyzed. Results The cerebrovascular disease complicated with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs resulted from the injury of venous wall, slow blood stream and hypercoagulation. Conclusion Early prevention is very important. Urokinase is of good effect in the early treatment of cerebral infarction complicated with deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. |
