经阴道超声对盆腔囊性肿块的诊断价值

目的:探讨盆腔囊性肿块的声像图表现及鉴别诊断.方法:分析86例盆腔囊性肿块声像图表现及特征.结果:超声诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿37例,卵巢囊性畸胎瘤31例,卵巢黄体血肿14例,均被超声追踪或手术病理结果证实.1例输卵管卵巢脓肿和1例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤误诊为卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,2例输卵管积水误诊为卵巢囊肿.术前超声诊断与术后病理诊断符合率为94.8%.结论:超声对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿及卵巢囊性畸胎瘤诊断率高,但仍需与其它囊性肿块相鉴别.

Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of pelvic cysts

Objective To explore the ultrasonogram expression and distinction diagnosis of pelvic cysts.Methods To analyze the characteristic and ultrasonogram expression of 86 cases of pelvic cysts.Results 37 cases with endometrial cysts,31 cases with teratoma and 14 cases with ovary yellow body haematoma were confirmed by operation and pathology or by ultrasonography follow-up.And 1 cases with oviduct ovary abstess and 1 cases with teratoma were misdiagnosed for the endometrial cysts.2 cases with hydrosalpinx were misdiagnosed for the ovary cyses.The conformity rate was 94.8%.Conclusion The accurate diagnostic rate of ultrasongraphy is high to the endometrial cysts and teratoma,but it should be distinguished with other cyses.
