| 摘 要： | 目的研究幽门螺杆菌感染与过敏性紫癜的临床关系并指导治疗。方法对93例过敏性紫癜患者进行幽门螺杆菌检测,对合并HP感染者在常规治疗基础上进行HP根治并观察其临床疗效。结果93例过敏性紫癜中有41例合并HP感染44.09%,同时行HP根治后过敏性紫癜临床症状迅速消退,恢复快、复发率低,随访2个月～2年效果好。结论HP感染可能是HSP发病的重要因素之一,根治HP有利HSP的治疗康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical relationship between Henoch-Schnlein purpura and Helicobacter pylori infection and direct therapy.Method Helicobacter pylori (Hp) was detected in 93 cases with Henoch-Schnlein purpura,and then the Hp-positive patients were treated with routine treatment accompanied with Hp eradication therapy. Result The Hp-positive rate was 44.09% in patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura. The symptoms of Henoch-Schnlein purpura disappeared rapidly and recurred few after routine treatment combined with eradication therapy to against Hp.Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection maybe one of important causes in Henoch-Schnlein purpura.Eradication therapy in Hp-positive patients may be better for treatment and recovery. |
