小鼠作业成绩和脑内微量元素相关性研究

摘    要:目的 观察小鼠作业成绩和脑内微量元素的相关性。方法 本文利用昆明种雄性小鼠为实验动物 ,以穿梭箱条件反射为实验模型 ,利用高频电感耦合等离子发射光谱法 (ICP)测定了不同作业成绩的小鼠大脑皮层、小脑、海马、脑桥及间脑内锌、铁、铜、锰的含量 ,并进行比较。结果 在本实验条件下 ,学习成绩优良组小鼠五个脑区内锌、小脑内的铁含量变化有明显的差异。学习成绩不良组小鼠除海马内锌明显高于对照组外 ,其它变化不显著。结论 小鼠作业成绩的优劣与脑内微量元素 ,尤其与海马内锌含量密切相关

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the relationship betw een mouse's operation scores and the trace elements in the brain.Met hod Taking male mouses from Kunming species for experiment and shuttl ing boxconditional reflex as experimental model, through ICP method, the conte nt of Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn in cerebral cortex, cerebellum,hippocampus,pons and dinenc ephalon of the mouses with different operation scores were measured and compared .Results Under the experimental conditions, the content of Zn in the 5 brain areas, and of Fein cerebellum of the group of mouses with good scores have obvious changes.While for the group of mouses with bad scores,changes are not so obvious except that Zn in hippocanpus is higher than the con trol group. ConclusionThe scores of mouses have close rel ation with the content of trace elements in the brain, especially of Zn inhippo campus.
