慢性脑缺血对青年和老年大鼠学习记忆的影响

摘    要:目的研究慢性脑缺血对青、老年大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉,用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠逃避潜伏期和平台象限泳距百分比。结果缺血1月,青年和老年大鼠平均逃避潜伏期均大于同龄对照组,P<0.01;缺血3月,青年鼠平均逃避潜伏期大于对照组,P<0.01,和缺血1月组间差异不显著;老年鼠大于同龄对照组和缺血1月组,P<0.01。青年缺血1月和3月组平台象限泳距百分比均小于对照组,P<0.01;老年对照组、缺血1月组及缺血3月组平台象限泳距百分比间差异不显著。结论慢性脑缺血可在一定水平损害青年大鼠的学习与记忆,并进行性损害老年大鼠的学习能力,但对老年大鼠空间记忆的影响不显著。

Abstract:Objective In order to investigate the effects of chronic cerebral ischemia on learning and memory ability of rats. Method Young and aged rats were subjected to permanent bilateral carotid arteries ligation (BCAL) for 1 month and 3 months. By Moms water maze,learning and spatial memory ability were evaluated in vivo. Results I month after BCAL, platform locating latency (PLLs) of young and aged rats were longer than that of young and aged control rats respectively, P <0. 01. 3 months after BCAL, PLLs of young rats was longer than that of control rats, P <0. 01, but nearly closed to that of rats after 1 month BCAL; PLLs of aged rats was longer than that of not only control rats, but also rats after 1 month BCAL, P<0. 01. Percentage of swimming distance in platform quadrant of the pool of young rats after 1 month and 3 months BCAL were less than that of control rats, P <0. 01; however, there was no obvious difference among aged control rats, rats after 1 month and 3 months of BCAL. Conclusion The learning and spatial memory ability of young rats was impaired by chronic cerebral ischemia, and the learning ability of aged rats was also impaired, however, the effect of chronic cerebral ischemia on spatial memory of aged rats was not significant.
