| 摘 要： | 目的:分析永久性人工心脏起搏器植入术后的临床效果及并发症。方法:对40例永久心脏起搏器植入的患者进行随访,观察临床效果,分析术中及术后并发症原因及处理。结果:40例患者手术均获成功,患者术前症状消失或得到不同程度的缓解。随访6-24个月,并发症为起搏器囊袋血肿1例,电极移位1例,起搏器综合症2例,起搏器介导心动过速(PMT)1例,无囊袋感染病例发生。结论:永久心脏起搏器疗效确切,手术规范操作,术后严格管理,重视患者术后定期随访及起搏器知识的宣教,可减少并发症,及时发现、处理各种并发症,避免不良后果发生。
