| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨手术治疗易性癖的相关问题及对策。方法:根据患者要求及客观条件分期手术切除患者全部或部分现有性器官,再造部分或全部异性性器官。结果:本组12例患者根据不同需要全部进行了手术治疗,手术全部成功,除I期手术后1例出现尿瘘,1例出现阴道狭窄外,无其他并发症发生。患者的精神压力得到缓解。结论:可以通过变性手术解除易性癖患者的精神痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss how to resolve the correlated problems when treating transsexualism with surgical methods. Methods Ablating part or total sexual organs in existence and reconstructing part or total heterologous sexual organs according to patients needs and objective condition. Results The 12 patients in this group all have been treated by operation and have got satisfied results, their mental stress have been released. Except for 1 case of urethral fistula and 1 case of vaginal stricture no other complication occurred. Conclusion Transsexualism patients mental stress can be freed by sex-change surgery. |
