| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法检测抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的化学物质尼美舒利。方法色谱柱采用Kromasil C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为0.004 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（磷酸调节pH至4.0）-甲醇（45∶55）,检测波长298 nm。结果尼美舒利对照品质量浓度线性范围为100.04～600.24μg/mL,r=0.999 9（n=6）,平均回收率为99.49%,RSD为1.94%（n=6）。结论 HPLC法灵敏度高,操作简便、准确,可用于定性和定量检测抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的化学物质尼美舒利。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of nimesulide illegally added in antirheumatic traditional Chinese patent medicines by HPLC.Methods The Kromasil C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was 0.004 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-carbinol（45 ∶ 55）.The detection wavelength was 298 nm.Results The linear range of reference substance of nimesulide was 100.04-600.24 μg/mL,r = 0.999 9（n = 6）.The average recovery rate was 99.49% and RSD was 1.94%（n = 6）.Conclusion This HPLC method is sensitive,simple and accurate,which can be used in qualitative and quantitative examination of chemical substance nimesulide illegally added in antirheumatic traditional Chinese patent medicines. |
