| 摘 要： | 目的分析香椿叶中游离氨基酸和水解氨基酸的含量,为进一步开发香椿叶这一植物资源提供科学依据。方法采用水提取、酸水解、离子交换树脂处理、氨基酸自动分析仪进行定量分析。结果发现5月份采摘的香椿叶经过水解后氨基酸类成分含量丰富,其中人体必需的多种氨基酸含量都比较高。结论香椿叶中氨基酸含量较高,而氨基酸在食品、饲料、化妆品、医药等方面均有广泛的应用,所以香椿叶的开发前景十分光明。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the content of free amino acid and hydrolytic amino acid in Chinese Toon Leaves in order to supply scientific base for its utilization.METHODS The amino acid in Chinese Toon Leaves was extracted with water and hydrolyzed with acid.The free and hydrolytic amino acid were measured by Amino Acid Auto-analyzed Apparatus.RESULTS There were kinds of amino acid in hydrolyzed water extract of Chinese Toon Leaves,moreover the content of the necessary amino acid was higher.CONCLUSION Utilization of Chinese Toon Leaves as an abundant plant resource. |
