两种剖宫产术式对再次剖宫产的影响比较

目的比较新式剖宫产术与改良的新式剖宫产术对再次剖宫产的影响,以改进剖宫产手术方式,减少手术并发症的发生。方法将我院2004年1月至2009年10月期间使用改良的新式剖宫产术后再次行剖宫产术的70例患者为观察组,归为A组;使用新式剖宫产术后再次行剖宫产术的60例患者作为对照,归为B组。比较两种剖宫产术的患者在开腹出血量、进腹到胎儿娩出时间及腹壁与盆腔粘连程度的不同。结果观察组较对照组术中开腹时间短及开腹出血量少（P〈0.05）,两组病例均有不同程度的粘连,其中Ⅰ级的粘连差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,但Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的粘连发生率差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论改良的新式剖宫产术比新式剖宫产术的效果更好。行剖宫产术时应缝合腹膜,为下次手术创造有利条件。
