声学密度定量技术在兔动脉粥样硬化消退治疗中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨声学密度定量技术在舒降之、普罗布考、开搏通和祛瘀消斑胶囊对动脉粥样硬化消退治疗中的应用。方法 将 60只兔随机分为 5组 :正常组、动脉粥样硬化自然消退组、舒降之组、普罗布考组、开搏通组和祛瘀消斑胶囊组。于实验开始、12周末、2 4周末测量腹主动脉内膜 中层厚度 (IMT)、管腔回声强度 (AII L)、内中膜回声强度 (AII I)、外膜回声强度 (AII A)和内中膜校正回声强度 (AIIc)。对比超声测量的内中膜AIIc与病理检查结果。结果 AII L受探头频率改变影响较大 ,AII I和AII A则相对稳定。与体内以中频检测的各部位回声强度相比 ,AII L在水槽内的测值显著低于体内测值 (P <0 .0 1) ,AII I及AII A则不受体内外因素的影响。实验兔动脉粥样硬化模型后和自然消退组AIIc较各服药组为低 ,但服药组之间方差分析差异无显著性意义 ;消退治疗后AIIc均显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,依次为普罗布考组 >舒降之组 >祛瘀消斑胶囊组或开搏通组 ,AIIc的增高伴随胶原组织成分的增加。结论 高频超声技术测量的AIIc可用于评价斑块的组织特性 ,舒降之、普罗布考、开搏通和祛瘀消斑胶囊均有不同程度增加实验兔动脉粥样硬化声学密度的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of acoustic densitometry(AD) on evaluating effects of simvastatin, probucol, captopril and Chinese medicine on the atherosclerosis (AS) characterization of rabbit. Methods Sixty male New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into five groups:normal group, regression control group(RC), simvastatin group, probucol group, captopril and Chinese medicine group. The intima-media thickness (IMT), lumen acoustic densitometry (AII-L), intima-media acoustic densitometry (AII-I), adventitia acoustic densitometry (AII-A) and corrected acoustic densitometry (AIIc) of abdominal aorta were measured with high frequency ultrasound at the beginning, the 12th and 24th week of the experiment. Abdominal aorta was also examined through pathology at 24th week of the experiment. Results Analysis of abdominal aortas from 8 rabbits in vitro showed the different effects of the different frequencies of transducer on the AII value of lumen, intima-media and the adventitia. AIIc was calculated to evaluate acoustic density of intima-media to avoid the influence of individual divergence.AIIc in 4 drug-therapy groups were significantly higher than AS model group (P< 0.05), probucol had better effects. Conclusions The corrected acoustic densitometry value by high-frequency ultrasound imaging technique is useful for evaluating atherosclerosis characterization. Simvastatin, probucol, captopril and Chinese medicine can increase acoustic densitometry of atherosclerosis in rabbit model.
