B型脑钠肽与舒张性心衰的相关性研究

目的：观察血浆B型尿钠肽（BNP）在舒张性心功能衰竭（DHF）的相关性研究以及在早期诊断的应用价值。方法：选择住院患者60例，其中临床充血性心功能衰竭（CHF0症状30例病人作为DHF组，选30例有同样基础疾病但无临床CHF症状的病人作为对照组，分别测定和比较两组病人血浆BNP值。结果：心衰组血BNP水平非常显著高于对照组（心衰组681±511pg／ml，对照组33±16pg／ml，P〈0．01）。结论：DHF患者血BNP显著升高，在早期诊断具体应用价值。

B-type natriuretice peptide and diastolic heart failure correlation

Objective： To observe the plasma B-type natriuretic peptide （BNP） in diastolic heart failure （DHF） and the correlation value in early diagnosis. Methods： 60 cases of hospitalized patients, including clinical congestive heart failure （CHF） symptoms as the DHF group of 30 patients, 30 cases of election have the same underlying disease but no clinical symptoms of CHF patients in the control group, were measured and compared between two groups plasma BNP values. Results： The plasma BNP levels of heart failure is significantly higher （heart failure group 681± 511pg/ml, control group 33 ± 16pg/ml, P 〈0.01）. Conclusions： DHF patients were significantly higher blood BNP in the early diagnosis of the specific application.
