| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人腹膜后淋巴管瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析我院自1995年8月至20（18年3月收治并经病理学检查证实的成人腹膜后淋巴管瘤8例的临床资料。结果本组均行手术治疗。其中，行完整切除6例，行大部分切除2例。术后随访未见肿瘤复发。结论腹膜后淋巴管瘤临床表现缺乏特异性，术前难确诊，CT等影像学检查对该病的定性、定位具有一定的提示性。手术切除是该病的首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of retroperitoneal lymphangioma in adults.Methods The clinical data of 8 adult patients with retroperitoneal lymphangioma diagnosed by histological examination from August 1995 to March 2008 were reviewed and analyzed.Results All the patients were subjected to surgical treatment.The tumor of 6 cases was excised completely,and subtotal excision was performed on 2 cases.No recurrence occurred during the follow-up.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of re... |
